Set list is wrong. 5/4 should have Morning Has Broken between Voices and Third. Also, there is no need to have the "(arr. Hughes)" bit after MHB.
OK, then why not put the "arranged by" designation for all of the other tunes that need it like Overworld, Fugue and Prelude?
